Voorbij & Partners Tax Lawyers & Consultants was founded in 1996 by Eric W.A. Voorbij and Edith C.J. den Ouden as an independent tax firm. As of that time it has gradually developed itself in a highly specialised tax boutique. Voorbij & Partners has offices in Rotterdam (The Netherlands) and in Brasschaat (Belgium) and is exclusively comprised of tax lawyers and consultants previously employed by the former “Big Five” of consulting firms (Arthur Andersen mostly).

Considering our roots you may appreciate we use an equivalent of the solid working methods, formats and data bases for benchmarks (amongst others "Bureau Van Dijk's Amadeus/Orbis/TP Catalyst") as the Big Four do with regard to TP, which, as commonly known, are widely accepted by the Dutch and other tax authorities in OECD countries. It is therefore our strong belief we can offer you a high quality standard TP product at a very competitive rate. 

Our firm is a member of the Dutch association of Tax Advisers (“Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs”) and one of the first Dutch tax firms to be offered an official listing at Bloomberg.
